Overview	Designed by architect, Richard Henriquez, Dockside consists of 49 residential units in 7 stories, designed to resemble a great ocean liner. Dockside has recently been awarded the 2003 Lieutenant-Governor Award of Excellence in Architecture. This unique development has been given dual zoning, which allows both office and residential use. Located in Coal Harbour, downtown Vancouver's most exciting urban waterfront, Dockside is just steps away from Stanley Park, prestigious Robson Street and two marinas. Gordon Carter sold this out as a team member of Rennie Marketing Systems Ltd.
